   abuse its discretion by revoking defendant's probation for leaving the
   judicial district without permission; 12-month sentence was reasonable
   given defendant's criminal history, his multiple violations of probation
   and his refusal to report in the face of clear notice that a warrant had been
   issued for his arrest; appeal of the conditions of probation was mooted by
   the revocation of probation; district court did not abuse its discretion in
   setting certain special conditions for defendant's supervised release.
