Civil Case - forfeiture. In civil forfeiture proceedings, the specificity
pleading requirement for the statement of a claimant's interest in
property, set forth in United States v. $154,853.00, 744 F.3d 559, 562-63
(8th Cir. 2014) is overruled, as it is not supported by Rule G(5) of the
Supplemental Rules for Admiralty or Maritime Claims and Asset Forfeiture
Actions. The district court's dismiss of the order striking the claim is
reversed.

Civil case - Forfeiture. The district court did not abuse its discretion
by striking LNG's claim for seized currency as the claim failed to meet
the threshold pleading requirement set out in Rule G(5) of the
Supplemental Rules for Admiralty or Maritime Claims and Asset Forfeiture
Actions. See United States v. $154,853 in U.S. Currency, 744 F.3d 559 (8th
Cir. 2014).
