U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 18-3578
U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas - Little Rock
[PUBLISHED] [Kobes, Author, with Shepherd and Grasz, Circuit Judges]
Civil case - Labor Management Relations Act. The Labor Management
Relations Act completely preempted plaintiff's action alleging defendants
fired him because of his race in violation of the Arkansas Civil Rights
Act of 1993; the district court did not err in finding it had jurisdiction
over the removed action and did not err in denying plaintiff's motion for
remand to state court or in granting judgment for defendants.
