U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 20-1800
U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri - St. Louis
[PUBLISHED] [Kobes, Author, with Shepherd and Erickson, Circuit Judges]
Civil case - Insurance. The auto insurance policy in question was not
ambiguous and an offset provision contained in the original policy
applied; under Missouri law, plaintiff, by continuing to pay her premiums,
obtained new policy periods, but the terms of the original policy,
including the offset provision, remained the same; summary pages sent at
time of renewal did not create an ambiguity; reversed and remanded for
further proceedings.
