Civil case - COVID. The losses plaintiff suffered because of
government-mandated shutdown orders were not covered under the Business
Interruption clause in its all-risk policies because plaintiff did not
suffer the physical loss or damage which triggers coverage - see Oral
Surgeons, P.C. v. Cincinnati Ins. Co., 2 F.4th 1141, 1144 (8th Cir. 2021).
