   Prisoner case - habeas. By accepting the discretionary benefit 
   of parole, Closs agreed to maintain board-approved treatment for 
   his mental illness; state court could conclude Closs's parole was 
   conditioned on taking psychotropic drugs if they were prescribed 
   and that by refusing to do so he violated a valid condition of his 
   parole; loss of good-time credits upheld.
