U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 00-1070
and No: 00-3266
Eastern District of Missouri
Civil case - civil rights. Plaintiff failed to establish she was disabled
for purposes of the ADA; district court did not err in finding plaintiff
had failed to make a prima facie case of race discrimination; district
court erred in denying union's motion to intervene in suit in order to
oppose Southwestern Bell's motion to enjoin arbitration proceedings
initiated by union, as plaintiff's interests and union's were different
and record did not support a finding that plaintiff would or had
adequately represented union's interests; court lacked jurisdiction
to issue injunctive relief.
