   argument in the district court, plaintiff waived the issue; even if it 
   had been raised, plaintiff failed to produce the direct evidence of 
   discrimination required under Price Waterhouse; plaintiff failed to 
   show the stated reasons for her discharge were a pretext for sex and 
   retaliation discrimination.
