   purposes of the Act should be defined by an objective test which can 
   be applied consistently on the facts of each case and court would not 
   apply McDonell Douglas analysis to the issue; plaintiff created a 
   genuine issue of material fact as to whether she was entitled, on these 
   facts, to protection of the act.
