U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 00-2176
   Western District of Missouri
Civil case - civil rights. Jury's finding that defendant did everything in her power to adversely effect plaintiff's employment was supported by the record; defendant was not entitled to qualified immunity as an objectively reasonable official would know that she could not recommend the termination of an employee or give him an exceedingly negative performance evaluation based on the employee's request for an accommodation of his religious beliefs; marshaling instruction was not erroneous.
