   Prisoner case - habeas. In deciding that Hill was not entitled to 
   credit for time served under his first sentence because the statute 
   governing such credits does not apply to life sentences the Nebraska 
   Supreme Court did not deprive Hill of due process because the court 
   did not retroactively apply a re-interpretation of statute after he committed 
   the crime.
