   Civil case - civil rights. Plaintiff was not exposed to harassing behavior
   within the 180-day statutory period preceding the filing of her EEOC 
   claim and she could not state a claim for sexual harassment; plaintiff 
   failed to establish that male employees were paid differently for
   performing a job of equal skill, effort and responsibility to hers, and 
   the district court did not err in granting defendant summary judgment 
   on her wage discrimination claim; plaintiff's Title VII retaliation claim 
   failed because she did not establish that she suffered an adverse 
   employment action; plaintiff failed to establish constructive discharge.
