Criminal case - criminal law. Evidence was sufficient to support
drug conviction; double jeopardy does not attach when a mistrial
is granted because the jury was unable to reach a verdict at the
first trial; no Speedy Trial Act violation; no error in imposing
enhancement for use of chartered plane or in denying minor role
reduction; however, defendant was entitled to Apprendi relief,
and the case must be remanded for resentencing.
