   Civil Case - diversity/breach of insurance contract. District court's 
   grant of summary judgment to insurer is affirmed. The amended 
   complaint, filed after coverage began with the insurer, did not 
   allege any conduct which arguably occurred during the policy period. 
   District court did not abuse its discretion in denying leave to file a 
   motion for reconsideration.
