Jury award under the ADA for plaintiff who alleged she was fired in retaliation for opposing the termination of a covered employee was supported by substantial evidence; a manager is engaged in protected activity if she opposes a policy while holding an objectively reasonable belief that the company's policy violates the ADA; plaintiff presented sufficient evidence for a jury to find that the stated reason for her discharge was a pretext; damage awards affirmed.
