Criminal Case - conviction for being a felon in possession of a firearm is affirmed. Government appeals district court's refusal to increase base offense level resulting from burglary conviction defendant received after committing the firearm possession offense. Language of Guidelines Section 2K2.1(a)(4)(A), requires prior felony conviction to have been committed before the offense of conviction, not merely before sentencing.
