U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 00-2978
Southern District of Iowa
Civil case - Insurance. Under Iowa law. If two insurance policies
contain mutually repugnant other-insurance clauses, the clauses
are set aside, and the loss is prorated between the two policies
bases on their available coverage; district court properly applied
Iowa law in prorating the insurance policies; court did not err in
rejecting submlimit and applying overall policy limit.
