Sections criminalizing the production of child pornography using materials transported in interstate commerce is a constitutional exercise of Congress's Commerce Clause power; defendant voluntarily admitted police to his home, and his warrantless arrest and the subsequent issuance of a search warrant were valid; upward departure based on nature of conduct and psychological injury to victim was not an abuse of discretion; enhancement for restraint of victim was supported by the evidence.
