U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 00-3332
and No: 00-3753
Civil case - labor law. Board did not err in finding grocer violated
Section 8(a)(5) and (1) of the National Labor Relations Act by
repudiating its recognition of the collective-bargaining agreement
when it relocated a store; evidence showed the stores were only a
quarter-mile apart, that nearly all employees transferred to the new
store and that they did the same jobs under the same managers; Board
did not err in rejecting grocer's argument that the right to
continued representation had been waived.
