   challenge search of vehicle; passenger's detention violated his 
   Fourth Amendment rights, but that violation was independent 
   and separate from the discovery of drugs in the vehicle since 
   the driver had given consent to search the car; court did not 
   err in admitting evidence of past drug possession.
