Based on information provided by an informant, officers had reasonable suspicion that the driver of the vehicle had been involved in criminal activity and their investigatory stop was justified; indictment failed to allege an essential element of the offense of bank robbery under 18 U.S.C. Sec. 2113(a) and conviction on that charge must be vacated; case remanded for further sentencing proceedings on the remaining count.
