Bankruptcy court correctly found debtor, a real estate agent, had an interest in her commissions when the sales contracts were executed, because under Missouri law, that is when the commissions were earned; court also correctly determined the amount of the commissions which was subject to exemption under Missouri's wage exemption statute.
