U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 00-6099
Western District of Missouri
Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. Bankruptcy court correctly found
debtor, a real estate agent, had an interest in her commissions when
the sales contracts were executed, because under Missouri law, that
is when the commissions were earned; court also correctly determined
the amount of the commissions which was subject to exemption under
Missouri's wage exemption statute.
