Civil Case - bankruptcy. Illinois judgment awarding compensatory
and punitive damages under consumer fraud statutes is
nondischargeable because jury found willful injury. Reversing the
bankruptcy appellate panel's conclusion, Missouri court's
compensatory fine for debtor's contempt is also nondischargeable
because debtor's conduct was willful. Contempt order is a final
judgment for collateral estoppel purposes.
