U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 01-1824
Northern District of Iowa
Criminal Case - suppression. District court did not
clearly err in crediting officers's statements over
defendants. Miranda warnings were sufficient to
inform defendant of rights in a post-indictment
interview. Fifteen hour delay in bringing defendant
before a magistrate was not unnecessary delay.
Ineffective assistance claim should be raised in
section 2255 motion.
