While plaintiff made a prima facie case of race discrimination, employer provided legitimate, non-discriminatory grounds for plaintiff's discharge, which he failed to show were pretextual; plaintiff's evidence concerning disparate treatment of white employees failed to establish pretext as those employees were not similarly situated.
