Criminal case - direct criminal appeal. District court did not abuse its discretion in denying a waiver of a jury trial because the government did not consent. District court did not abuse its discretion in admitting evidence of a prior conviction. Evidence of prior drug conviction was admissible to show intent, was not too old, and was otherwise harmless error.
