Criminal Case - conviction for sexual abuse and incest. District
court did not abuse its discretion in admitting DNA evidence,
in admitting blood alcohol test results, in managing the
sequestration of witnesses, or in allowing investigator to
testify. District court properly limited questions about prior
offenses. Prosecutor did not improperly vouch for credibility
of witnesses. Claim that section 1153 violates due process
is rejected. Conviction is affirmed
