U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 01-2755
   Eastern District of Arkansas
Civil Case - damages from airplane accident. The district court did not err in denying the motion for judgment as a matter of law on the issue of loss of earning capacity because sufficient evidence was presented to support jury's award. District court did not abuse its discretion in denying motion for new trial or remittitur; although at the outer limits of that warranted by the evidence, the awards are supported by the evidence.
