   Civil case - civil rights. In light of Nat'l R.R. Passenger Corp. 
   v. Morgan, 122 S.Ct. 2061 (2002), the district court erred in 
   granting summary judgment against plaintiff on her claims 
   of sexual harassment because questions of material fact exist 
   as to the timeliness and nature of her complaint so as to preclude 
   summary judgment; Title VII sexual harassment claim reversed 
   for further proceedings.
