   Civil case - civil rights. Employer offered a legitimate, non-discriminatory 
   ground for plaintiff's termination - poor performance - which plaintiff 
   failed to show was a pretext for age discrimination; district court did 
   not err in granting summary judgment for employer on plaintiff's 
   retaliation count as she failed to establish a causal connection between 
   her complaints and her termination.
