   right to rescind their reinsurance contracts with plaintiff based 
   on its alleged material misrepresentations; parties did not 
   contract to preempt application of the industry's 
   follow-the-fortunes doctrine; defendants failed to show 
   plaintiff acted in bad faith under the doctrine; case remanded 
   for further proceedings regarding calculation of damages.
