   to modify the contract and plaintiff was entitled to commissions 
   triggered by the change; second contract also triggered 
   commissions, and Norstan's modification to contract, which 
   would have affected the commissions, occurred after plaintiff's 
   commissions were locked-in; plaintiff was entitled to interest, 
   penalties, fees and costs under Minnesota law governing disputes 
   over employee commissions.
