Criminal case - direct criminal appeal. Challenge to constitutionality
under the Commerce Clause of the Controlled Substances Act of 1970
is rejected. Manufacture of methamphetamine substantially affects
interstate commerce. District court did not err in denying suppression
motion. Officers were justified in arresting suspect where he lives and
in using plain view to support search warrant. Convictions are affirmed.
