Civil Case civil rights. Dismissal of claims against school district for actions of school volunteer who abused minor outside of school are affirmed. School volunteer was not state actor. No pattern of unconstitutional misconduct or school officials' toleration was proven and school district was not deliberately indifferent to the abuse. School volunteer's crimes were not attributed to a lack of proper training from the school district.
