U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 01-3733
   Western District of Missouri
Criminal case - criminal law. Search warrant was not tainted by cursory inspection of defendant's bedroom because the warrant application made no mention of the sweep or anything in the bedroom; inspection of storage shed was justified by exigent circumstances because officers had reason to believe methamphetamine was being manufactured in the shed and that it presented a safety hazard.
