Criminal case - criminal law. Search warrant was not tainted by cursory
inspection of defendant's bedroom because the warrant application made
no mention of the sweep or anything in the bedroom; inspection of storage
shed was justified by exigent circumstances because officers had reason
to believe methamphetamine was being manufactured in the shed and that
it presented a safety hazard.
