U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 01-3931
and No: 01-3932
Eastern District of Arkansas
Civil case - Insurance. Evidence was sufficient to support
jury finding of coverage in case involving damage to
plaintiff's helicopter; any error in admission of evidence
concerning a lien was harmless; district court did not err
in granting insurer summary judgment on claim it exhibited
bad faith in denying claim because the evidence, as a matter
of Arkansas law, was insufficient to show the kind of hatred,
ill will or spirit of revenge required to support a recovery
for bad faith.
