U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 01-3951
Southern District of Iowa
Criminal case - criminal law. Evidence was sufficient to
support conviction for creating a substantial risk of harm
to human life while manufacturing methamphetamine;
application for search warrant was sufficient to support a
finding of probable cause; defendant failed to establish
Franks violation; even if it was error to admit receipts
for purchase of supplies which may have been used in
making the drug, the error was harmless in light of the
substantial evidence of guilt.
