Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. Debtor's assigned an annuity to creditor. After filing for bankruptcy, debtor agreed that 25% of annuity belonged to estate and 75% was exempt. Creditor sought annuity payments. Bankruptcy court's decision that unperfected claim of creditor failed is affirmed. Finding that creditor's interest is subordinate to debtor's or otherwise avoided is reversed and remanded.
