   Civil case - contracts. District court properly granted defendant 
   summary judgment on plaintiff's claim for breach of contract, 
   as an enforceable contract could not be inferred from 
   various e-mails and drafts as the documents failed to contain 
   the essential durational element and were not signed; plaintiff 
   could not establish fraud and misrepresentation as it could not 
   show it relied on the representations or that defendant did not 
   intend, at the time it made the statements, to honor them.
