   Criminal case - criminal law. Prejudicial effect of the 
   prosecutor's comments during opening and closing 
   statements regarding purpose of ban on sawed-off shotguns 
   and testimony elicited from ATF agent concerning their 
   dangerousness substantially outweighed the probative value 
   of the comments and testimony and denied defendant the 
   right to a fair trial; district court's curative actions were 
   insufficient to remove the prejudice; admission of evidence 
   concerning possession of drug paraphernalia was not error, 
   and the evidence could be re-admitted at defendant's new trial.
