Civil case - civil rights. Former engineer who was missing
portion of his right hand and who had a permanently damaged
right arm produced sufficient evidence that he suffered a
physical impairment which substantially limited the major
life activity of caring for himself so as to survive defendant's
motion for summary judgment; engineer also produced
sufficient evidence that he was constructively discharged so
as to survive summary judgment on the issue of whether he
suffered an adverse employment action; case remanded for
further proceedings on plaintiff's ADA and Minnesota
Human Rights Act claims.
