   Civil case - Equal Pay Act. Evidence was sufficient for jury to 
   find that defendant violated the Equal Pay Act by paying plaintiff 
   less than it paid her male successor, as the jobs they held required 
   equal work, skill and responsibility; there was also sufficient 
   evidence for the jury to determine that the wage discrimination 
   was based on sex; however, there was insufficient evidence of 
   malice or reckless indifference to support an award of punitive damages.
