U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 02-1600
   Western District of Missouri
Criminal case - criminal law. Affidavit submitted in support of a search warrant established probable cause to believe defendant's home contained evidence of child pornography; even if warrant application was insufficient, the search would be lawful under the Leon good faith exception; post-arrest statements were knowingly and voluntarily made and were admissible; district court did not err in making defendant's federal sentences consecutive to his undischarged state sentences as the court did not take those offenses into account in setting his offense level or criminal history.
