U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 02-1864
and No: 02-3423
District of Minnesota
Prisoner case - habeas. District court did not clearly err in
determining Green did not request an appeal after his
conviction, nor did the court err in finding that the attorney's
failure to file an appeal was not ineffective assistance of
counsel; Green was not entitled to reimbursement of any
cost associated with his habeas under the provisions of the
Criminal Justice Act, and Green could not complain of the
district court's decision to award him only a part of his
claimed costs.
