Plaintiffs' claims for injuries suffered from defective conveyor belt system did not support a cause of action for ordinary negligence as the acts complained of involved special skills not possessed by lay persons, and the claims were subject to North Dakota's two-year statute of limitations for allegations of professional negligence; plaintiffs failed to establish the statute of limitation should be tolled because of plaintiff Ron Krein's injuries.
