District court did not err in finding that both the terms of the parties' agreement and the provisions of the statute of frauds barred enforcement of an alleged oral agreement to reduce the amount Wal-Mart owed plaintiff; district court did not err in finding as a matter of law that none of Wal-Mart's e-mails on the issue constituted a confirmation of an oral agreement sufficient to satisfy the statute of frauds; district court did not err in denying plaintiff's application for attorneys' fees.
