U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 02-2007
   Southern District of Iowa
Criminal Case - possession of counterfeit currency. District court did not abuse its discretion in admitting hearsay statements from secret service agent about presence of bills bearing the same serial numbers in various locations based on information obtained from a computerized database. District court did not clearly err in imposing a two-level enhancement for organizing a criminal activity based on defendant's recruitment of another's assistance in passing counterfeit bills and compensating him for it.
