   Criminal case - Sentencing Guidelines. In its prior opinion 
   in the case, the court did not decide any issues concerning 
   application of U.S.S.G. Sec. 2D1.2, and the district court 
   was not precluded from applying the guideline in determining 
   base offense level; district court erred in calculating drug 
   quantity on remand as the finding was inconsistent with the 
   plea agreement; case remanded for further proceedings.
