U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 02-2226
District of Minnesota
Civil case - civil rights. As the defendant police officers were
executing a valid search warrant and plaintiff's arrest was
based on probable cause, they were entitled to summary
judgment on her claims that the search and arrest violated
her Fourth Amendment rights; police officers' admitted
violation of 18 U.S.C. Sec. 912 concerning impersonating
federal census workers did not give rise to a Section 1983 claim.
