   Civil case - ERISA. On remand from the Supreme Court, the 
   district court erred in determining Geissal's estate was entitled 
   to no monetary relief under 29 U.S.C. Sec. 1132(a)(1)(B) under 
   one of the plans in question; district court did not err in 
   determining estate was not entitled to recover from a second 
   plan, nor did the court err in finding estate was not entitled 
   to recover under 29 U.S.C. Sec. 1132(a)(3); award of 
   attorneys' fees affirmed.
